Earthworks & Excavation Auditing

Earthworks invoices in Armenian construction are settled on paper agreements and handshake estimates. Subcontractors claim volumes. Developers pay volumes. Nobody measures.

Verev flies your site before and after each earthworks phase. We generate a Digital Terrain Model with sub-centimetre accuracy, calculate the exact cut and fill volumes executed, and deliver a signed report you can put in front of any accountant or court.

Real-World Scenario
Foundation excavation, 8,500 m² site, Yerevan North District

A developer received a subcontractor invoice for 11,400 m³ of excavation. Verev's pre- and post-flight DTM comparison recorded 7,900 m³ — a 31% discrepancy. The invoice was renegotiated before payment using the signed Verev report as the basis for arbitration.

Result: 3,500 m³ dispute resolved in favour of developer. Invoice reduced by ~AMD 14M.

Real-World Scenario
Residential block, 14-storey, disputed structural milestone

A GC claimed the ground-floor slab was completed and poured by end of Week 12. The developer's on-site engineer disputed this. Verev's Week 12 orthomosaic showed 40% of the slab area remained unformed. The milestone payment was withheld pending completion verified by Week 14 flight.

Result: Milestone payment deferred. Developer avoided early release of AMD 22M tied to unmet condition.
