1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Verev Labs' drone surveying services, client portal, and website. By placing an order, accessing your dashboard, or using any Verev service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Verev Labs is a company registered in the Republic of Armenia. Our services are provided to clients in Armenia and internationally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Plain language summary: You hire us to fly, process, and deliver data. We deliver it on time. You own your data. You don't own ours. Neither party is liable for acts outside their control.
2. Description of Services
Verev Labs provides the following services depending on your selected plan:
- Drone flight missions over construction sites using automated waypoint navigation.
- Photogrammetric processing of aerial imagery into orthomosaics, DSM, DTM, 3D meshes, and point clouds.
- Volumetric analysis and executive reporting conducted by Verev analysts (Control and Command plans).
- Client portal access for viewing, measuring, and downloading deliverables.
- DXF topographic export files compatible with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
The specific deliverables, flight frequency, and reporting cadence are determined by your selected plan as described on our Pricing page. Plan details may be updated with 30 days notice to active clients.
3. Client Obligations
To enable Verev Labs to perform services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate site location information, including GPS coordinates or a cadastral reference, prior to the first flight.
- Confirm that you have legal authority to permit drone flights over the declared site (as owner, lessee, or authorised agent).
- Notify Verev Labs of any ground-level hazards, overhead obstructions, or site access restrictions before each flight.
- Ensure that workers and vehicles on site are aware a drone flight is scheduled. Verev Labs is not responsible for delays caused by unsafe site conditions.
- Pay invoices within 14 days of issue. Access to the client portal may be suspended on accounts more than 14 days overdue.
On-site presence is not required during flights. You will be notified of each scheduled flight window in advance.
4. Deliverables & SLA
Verev Labs commits to the following delivery standards:
- Standard SLA: All deliverables uploaded to your dashboard within 48 hours of flight completion.
- Command priority SLA: All deliverables within 12 hours of flight completion.
- Missed flight rescheduling: If a scheduled flight is missed due to weather, airspace restriction, or equipment issue, it will be rescheduled within the same calendar week at no additional cost.
- Missed flight credit: If a flight cannot be rescheduled within the same week, a flight credit is applied to your next billing cycle.
SLA guarantees apply to flights conducted under normal meteorological conditions (wind below 12 m/s, visibility above 5 km, no precipitation). Flights conducted under marginal conditions may have extended processing times.
Data accuracy: Volumetric calculations are accurate to ±0.3% under standard GCP-free conditions as demonstrated in our demo dataset. Results may vary depending on site geometry, vegetation cover, and atmospheric conditions. Our reports indicate the specific accuracy parameters for each delivery.
5. Data Ownership
Your data belongs to you. All aerial imagery, processed outputs (orthomosaics, DSMs, DTMs, 3D meshes, point clouds), volumetric reports, and analyst PDFs generated from flights over your site are your property upon full payment for the corresponding delivery period.
Verev Labs retains a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store and process your data solely for the purpose of delivering contracted services and improving processing quality using anonymised, aggregated metrics. We do not sell, licence, or publish your site data to any third party.
Our intellectual property: The Verev Labs brand, website, processing methodology, analyst report templates, and portal software remain the exclusive property of Verev Labs. Clients may not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute our software, methods, or report formats.
6. Payment & Cancellation
Subscription plans are billed monthly. The billing cycle begins on the date your first flight is completed. Invoices are issued within 3 business days of the billing date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Flights already scheduled within the period will still be completed.
- Refunds: Delivered flights are non-refundable. If a flight has not yet been conducted and you cancel before it is scheduled, a pro-rata refund applies.
- Late payment: Portal access may be suspended after 14 days of non-payment. Data is not deleted during suspension. A 1.5% monthly late fee may apply to overdue balances.
- Price changes: Verev Labs reserves the right to adjust plan pricing with 30 days written notice to active clients. You may cancel during the notice period at no penalty.
7. Liability
Verev Labs maintains third-party liability insurance for drone operations as required by Armenian UCAA regulations. Our liability is limited to the value of the deliverables contracted for the relevant period.
Verev Labs is not liable for:
- Business decisions made by clients based on our data and reports.
- Delays caused by weather, airspace closures, or site access issues outside our control.
- Data loss resulting from client mismanagement of portal credentials or shared links.
- Consequential, indirect, or punitive damages of any kind.
Our reports are professional data products intended to inform decisions. They are not legal opinions, engineering certifications, or auditor sign-offs unless explicitly stated. If a report is to be used in legal proceedings, clients should seek independent legal advice on its admissibility in the relevant jurisdiction.
